Our company specializes in manufacturing high-quality marine passenger seats for over 20 years. Our products are mainly used for passenger ferries, including high-speed ferries, and we have served shipyards and ship owners in more than 80 countries around the world. Various Seating Configuration
Our marine passenger seats are made of high-quality aluminum 6063-T5, including seat skeletons, beams, legs, armrests, and aluminum tracks (rails) mounted on the deck floor. Our marine passenger seats are tested to withstand 12G vessel acceleration by CCS (China Classification Society). We can produce our marine passenger seats into various configurations depending on the vessel’s general arrangement, such as double seats, triple seats, and quadruple seats.

Fire retardant seat cover
We produce the marine passenger seats covers with durable and fire retardant fabric and synthetic leather. We extent seat cover warranty period to 3 years from now on making clients rest assured for the service life of the marine passenger seats they purchased. Production Procedure
Pre-production
We will recommend the suitable marine passenger seats types for client according to the general arrangement of their passenger vessel. After seats type approved. The seats configuration, cover material, cover colors, seat accessories,lead time will be confirmed accordingly before mass production start.
Mass production
We will manufacture these marine passenger seats in strict conformity with the detailed specifications in the contract. The production manager will take full inspection in the whole procedure. Pictures will be taken for clients to know and the process of production.
Package
The marine passenger seats are loose package. normally 6pcs seats packed in a carton, 20pcs packed in a carton, 20pcs legs packed carton.2 beams packed together, 4 tracks packed together.Trasea’s professional package always keep the ferry seats intact and unwounded after the long time shipment period.
Shipment
We will arrange the most reasonable and affordable method to ship out the marine passenger seats to client all over the world. Normally we use FCL when the order quantity come up to 100pcs while use LCL when the order is less than 100pcs.Trucks only takes one hour to Shanghai port from our company.

Present. we don’t have any branch or agent. all the marine passenger seats can be shipped directly from our factory to client country. We have a well equiped sales team and after service team to make client rested whether in the production process or the after sales process.
Yes. Track is included. the track is 5 meters long. we can cut it to 2.5 meters for easy shipment or keep it 5 meters if it is a full container load.Usually one row need 1.8 meters tracks.
There should be embedded part welded on the floor. Using rivets (aluminum vessel) or bolts (Steel vessel) to fix the track on the embedded part. For more information please contact us our sales will send you installation instructions.
